Finger Cleaner makes Doritos' final five

Finger Cleaner makes Doritos' final five

Sydney creative Thomas Noakes has made it into the final five of the global Doritos Crash the Super Bowl competition with his finger-licking good ad, ‘Finger Cleaner’.

Noakes is the only entrant outside of the US to have been named a finalist.

The result places Noakes closer to the competition’s US$1m prize and time with legendary comic book writer, Stan Lee.

Noakes previously told B&T he would invest a large chunk of the prize money into a feature film if he wins.

For more from Noakes see his Q&A with B&T here.

Another Aussie spot, ‘Body Cast’ made it into the semi-finalists but was knocked out of the competition in the second-last stage when the 24 semi-finalists were whittled down to five.

‘Body Cast’ (below) was created by Banjo Advertising’s Casey Schweikert and Lewis Farrar.

The four American ads shortlisted to take home the prize are below. Voting closes at the end of the month.\
