Zeno Group Expands Asia-Pacific Leadership

Zeno Group has appointed Ekta Thomas as Head of Client Services for the Asia Pacific Region. She is succeeded by Sarah Littlefair [pictured], the new General Manager for Zeno Australia.

In her role, Ekta Thomas is charged with maximizing standards of client service and creativity across the network. She will serve as a regional advocate and champion for innovative, integrated marketing and communications consulting throughout the agency. With a focus on unleashing the full force of Zeno to benefit clients, Thomas will facilitate collaboration between in-market leaders and regional and global specialist. She will also oversee several of Zeno’s growing number of multi-market relationships in Asia-Pacific.

Ekta Thomas joined Zeno Australia in 2018, following stints at Porter Novelli in London and Hong Kong-based independent PLUG. She took on the role of General Manager of Zeno Australia in 2019, strengthening the agency’s relationships and performance both internally and externally resulting in revenue and team growth. In her new role, she will report to regional president Paul Mottram and continue to be based in Sydney.

Sarah Littlefair has joined Zeno as General Manager, Australia, with a mandate to drive continued growth momentum in the Australia market. She will focus on further development of team capabilities and talent and continue to broaden the agency’s breadth of clients and depth of integrated marketing and communications services for clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Littlefair brings deep integrated communications experience to Zeno in Australia. She was most recently creative and business development director at Ovato Communications (formerly Spectrum Group) and previously held leadership roles at Dentsu Aegis Network agency Haystac and Liquid Ideas. She began her agency career in London before relocating to Australia in 2014.

“Zeno is on a roll in Asia, and I’m delighted to strengthen our regional leadership team with these two strong client and team leaders,” said Zeno regional president Paul Mottram. “Ekta is one of the agency’s go-to client counselors. Her commitment to service excellence and effective integrated communications to the regional stage makes her a natural fit for this new role.”

“Sarah has already made a powerful impact on our Australia business,” Mottram continued. “Sarah brings unique creativity and enthusiasm to everything she touches, backed by deep experience in running successful campaigns and agencies. As the recovery gathers pace, the Zeno team has never been stronger.”
