Liquid Ideas, an independent creative communications agency, has welcome Cleo Posa as its first General Manager.

Posa has joined Liquid Ideas from B.B.E, where she was Communications and Content Director. She has experience as an integrated marketer with roots in PR, having formerly worked for One Green bean.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Cleo join and lead our team,” said Sally Lewis, Hospitality and Media Director. “We love her energy and her ideas; she’s clever, dynamic and brings exciting new ways of thinking to the future of Liquid Ideas.”

In 2020, Liquid Ideas increased its drinks portfolio, working with Pernod Ricard, LION (including White Claw, Furphy and Corporate), as well as social media work with Pinnacle Drinks and an expanded remit with Beam Suntory brands such as Canadian Club and Jim Beam.

Posa said, “Liquid Ideas lives, breathes and of course drinks in all things culture, so it’s no surprise they’ve been kicking goals for some of Australia’s best consumer lifestyle brands for 21 years. I couldn’t be more excited to join the clever and creative team, and contribute to and continue this legacy.”

Long-standing members of the leadership team have also received new titles, including Frankie Galluci’s move to Client and Culture Director, Gill O’Young to Client Services Director and Millie Friend to Client and Planning Director.

The Surry Hills based agency works with Singapore Airlines, Four Pillars Gin, Luna Park, Adelaide Hills winery Shaw + Smith, and the Mornington’s Pt. Leo Estate as well as Universal Sony Home Entertainment, Little Bellies, Fever-Tree and not-for-profits R U OK? and The Kids Cancer Project.
