Macca’s Unveils 500-Piece Jigsaw Puzzle For Those Craving A Juicy Big Mac In Lockdown

Apparently, lockdown has seen many people resort to good old fashioned fun to escape the boredom with jigsaw puzzles reportedly making a huge comeback as the new “cool” quarantine pastime.

With many McDonald’s outlets across Europe remaining closed during the coronavirus pandemic, Macca’s in Belgium has just released a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle of its famed Big Mac for customers craving a juicy burger.

The idea came from its creative agency TBWA\Belgium who said in a statement: “But pay attention. Don’t eat it, complete it.”

And how do you snare one of Macca’s’ greasy puzzles? Well, McDonald’s are giving them away via an Instagram competition that compels entrants to share an image of the puzzle, say why they wanted one, and tag McDonald’s.

“Puzzling is the perfect way to kill time and calm you down in this stressful period,” the agency said in a statement. “This yummy-looking jigsaw puzzle counts 500 pieces, enough for hours of staring at ridiculously little pieces of melted cheese.”
