Infographic: 90% Of Companies Have Loyalty Programs But Only 23% Of Customers Are Loyal

A new study (admittedly of US consumers) has found that the average consumer sees 360 brand messages per day, but only 13 per cent of customers have a relationship with a brand due to frequent interaction. 

The study by Rave Reviews said brand loyalty these days is pretty much dead, however, it’s not such a bad thing as it levels the playing field for consumers.

That’s not to say that we aren’t loyal with Google, Amazon and Apple all deemed brands that conjure brand loyalty. When it comes to brand loyalty, we’re most likely to be loyal to our mobile phone providers, clothing brands and health and beauty products.
