Evolve Wins Outstanding Service Award For Coles Research

Evolve Research and Consulting has taken home the Outstanding Service Award at the Coles Supplier Awards in Melbourne.

The research firm was recognised for its work in administering 40,000 ‘Tell Coles’ customer and team member feedback surveys each week across Coles supermarkets, as well as its Liquorland, Coles Online and Coles Express divisions.

Evolve also recently helped implement the ‘Always Open’ team member survey which enables team members across the business to provide feedback and ideas on how Coles can become a simpler and more efficient business.

Coles managing director John Durkan congratulated Evolve on its achievement.

“Evolve has helped us to keep our customers and team members at the heart of what we do, and I’m delighted to be able to recognise their tireless efforts with this award,” he said.

Evolve managing director Garreth Chandler said the group was delighted to receive the award.

“Coles is a customer-focused business, so we are pleased to play our part in helping to capture feedback from their shoppers and team members,” he said.

“This award is fantastic recognition for the great work we do together.”

The Outstanding Service Award was one of seven categories at the Coles Supplier Awards, which recognise suppliers’ excellence in providing merchandise, services and goods not for re-sale across the Coles business.

Sundrop Farms won the Sustainable and Ethical Excellence Award for its establishment of a state-of-the-art glasshouse which grows tomatoes using solar energy and desalinated seawater.

Solaris Paper won the Best Product Launch Award for the development and launch of its So Soft toilet paper brand.

The Community Champion Award went to 9mile Fresh in recognition of owner Robert Thompson’s ongoing efforts to distribute apples and raise money for a host of local charities and organisations.

Della Rosa Traditional Fresh Foods in Melbourne won the Rising Star Award for its popular Coles-branded chilled and frozen pizza range, while Mountain Blue Farms won the Product Innovation Award for the development of its new jumbo ‘Eureka’ blueberry variety.
