PR Agency Liquid Ideas Promotes Cleo Posa To Managing Director

Liquid Ideas general manager Cleo Posa (main photo) has been promoted to managing director, following a year of growth for the independent agency.

The past 12 months have seen Liquid launch a rebrand, diversify its service offering and achieve significant growth in revenue with a 100 per cent pitch success rate

Recent client wins include project work for Maker’s Mark following a competitive process. These follow a series of wins over the last 12 months, including project work for Australia’s Own, Birds Eye, John West and La Zuppa, along with extended remits with Little Bellies and Tromba Tequila, and a range of other independent booze players.

They join the current roster of long-term clients including Singapore Airlines, Beam Suntory, Fever-Tree, Four Pillars Gin, Little Bellies, Luna Park Sydney, Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits, Pernod Ricard, Pinnacle Drinks, Pt. Leo Estate, Shaw + Smith and Vanguard Luxury Brands.

Posa joined the agency in February 2021, having formerly led the communications and content divisions at integrated agency B.B.E (now part of Hero).

Other recent staff movements have seen Laura Panarello join the team as account manager, coming from Casella Family Brands. Katherine Ngo has also moved into a digital marketing rxecutive role, and Sophie Dicalfas has been promoted to senior account executive.

Commenting on the recent changes, Posa said: “It’s been a huge year of growth for the agency on all fronts — with a range of new faces, new clients, a new brand identity and an expanded service offering. We’re excited to keep up the momentum through 2022 with more great work and good times.”
