Logitech And Maybelline Team Up For Glamorous Gaming Space

Gaming peripherals manufacturer Logitech G has joined forces with Maybelline New York to bring a unique social gaming and glam experience to the Sydney community, celebrating the launch of the Logitech G Aurora collection and embracing ‘A New Age of Play’.

Setting up in the inner-city creative hub of Crown Street, Surry Hills, these two iconic brands will be popping up an intimate Aurora themed gaming hub for four days, starting Thursday 8 September – Sunday 11 September.

The ‘Positive Pop Up’ booked out within two hours of opening to the public, forcing Logitech G to extend the event an extra day to welcome more fans inside.

Gaming lovers who secured a spot will head along to receive a Maybelline express make-over, enjoy free light refreshments and treats, and leave with a goodie bag, all whilst kicking back in the space, trialling the latest gaming gear for PC and Console.

Daniel Hall, senior category portfolio manager, Logitech G ANZ said: “At Logitech G we believe in the power of play and are committed to delivering gender-inclusive gaming experiences. The Aurora Collection is a groundbreaking design embracing the casual cosy gamer and is truly a joy to use. We wanted the gaming community to get hands-on with Aurora, so the pop-up was the perfect way to do that, and to our delight, all sessions were booked out so quickly.

“Another exciting element has been the partnership with Maybelline New York, who has already started their gaming journey, working with one of our own gaming ambassadors, Fasffy. It’s been a thrill to plan and we can’t wait for Thursday’s kick-off!”

Nikki Stevens, joint MD, UMM added: “With such an important collection launch we had to tell the right brand story, being “positive play for all”. The space is fun and intimate for guests to have a personal experience with Aurora and Maybelline, taking an hour out of their day to immerse themselves in the moment. And it’s a way for Logi G to connect with the community physically, which they haven’t been able to do for the past couple of years. We are super excited for the reveal!”
