Air New Zealand Does It Again With Gorgeous Christmas Work

Kiwi airline Air New Zealand is world famous for its witty campaigns and left-of-centre safety videos, but it appears it’s also capable of tugging at the old festive heart strings, too.

The airline’s just released its Christmas brand work called a “Not quite Silent Night”.

The work of creative agency Montoya and directed by Josh Frizzell, the ad follows a young girl help Santa find his lost sled and reindeers.

What gives the work some extra spunk is the soundtrack, a Maori version of “Silent Night” known as “Mārie te pō”.

It’s a sweet spot that really nails the festive spirit sans the hard sell. Check it out below:
