Abbie Chatfield Calls Out Advertisers That “Align” With Rogue Sandilands

10’s Abbie Chatfield has slammed Kyle Sandilands for his controversial behaviour and expressed confusion about why advertisers still support him.

The Daily Telegraph has reported that Chatfield isn’t impressed by Sandilands’ stock standard shock jock behaviour.

During an interview with a major masthead, she said: “I don’t know why he’s not at least being reprimanded.”

Chatfield expressed that she was confused that advertisers still spend considering the stuff Sandilands has said, “I don’t know why advertisers still align.” She said.

The reality television star also added that she wasn’t a fan of Sandilands,  “It’s continually disappointing and continually disgusting, the things that he says on air,” she explained.

Sandilands has long been the king of the airwaves and has made a career out of offending people.

Most recently, he complained about the people he worked with and said: This whole station couldn’t pull a root in a brothel with a wheelbarrow full of money and a grin, they wouldn’t know, they wouldn’t get laid, they are too dumb. Imbeciles.”

And he also referred to the disease Monkeypox as, “the big gay disease floating around!” Naturally, that caused a huge flurry online.

However, Sandilands brings in listeners, and listeners bring in advertising dollars. So while he is often in trouble, his job is never likely jeopardised. Yes, money talks even louder than Sandilands.
