Tuesday TV Wrap: Strong Night All Round As Three Shows Clinch A Million

Nine NewsMarried At First Sight and Seven News all had over a million metro viewers according to OzTAM.

Nine News came out on top with 1, 046,000 viewers and Seven News also performed well at 1,004,000 as NSW continued to experience wild weather and floods.

Tuesday’s Married At First Sight also performed well with 1,040,000 viewers as the couples met each other’s families – via Zoom, of course.

The rest of Nine’s night had A Current Affair at 752,000 viewers and Hot Seat at 452,000. Plastic surgery reality program Botched had 354,000.

For the ABC, ABC News secured 700,000 viewers while 7.30 had 610,000. Foreign Correspondent had 434, 000 and the second episode of Luna Park investigation Exposed: The Ghost Train Fire had 399,000, an increase from its premiere.

Seven’s The Good Doctor also saw its numbers increase by just under 60,000 viewers from last week to 308,000. Home and Away and The Chase nabbed 568,000 and 506,000 respectively, while Britain’s Got Talent: Best And Worst had 321,000.

Over at 10, The Amazing Race Australia was top performer with 503,000 viewers, followed by The Project with 439,000 and 10 News First with 369,000.

On top was Nine (all channels) with 32 per cent of the daily share, followed by Seven (all channels) at 23 per cent. Neck and neck once more were the ABC Network and network 10, with the ABC combing out on top at 18 per cent to 17 per cent. The SB Network had seven per cent.
