Conversational agency VERSA has announced the appointment of Michael Di Natale (pictured left) as managing director.

Di Natale (or ‘DiNa’, as he’s widely known) will drive the agency’s growth plan to digitally transform organizations through the power of conversational AI across Australian headquarters.

He has more than fifteen years of experience across the digital and consulting space and is passionate about product development, transformation and innovation. This has allowed him to work with some of the world’s biggest brands to create data-driven, market-leading, human-centred experiences.

Di Natale was previously at the Dentsu Aegis Network, and before this spent eight years at Isobar Australia. As a consultant with Accenture, he worked as an advisor on a number of startups, including Plunge mobile app, myBrainCo and Active Work Balance.

“We couldn’t be happier to have DiNa join our VERSA tribe as we embark on our ambitious plan to create a more accessible digital future for consumers, businesses, and brands globally. His experience, smarts and passion for what we do and what we want to achieve are perfectly matched to best support and guide us through our next phase of growth,” said Kath Blackman, VERSA CEO (pictured right).

Di Natale added, “anyone who I’ve worked with knows how important people, culture, health and wellbeing are to me, so I couldn’t be happier joining an organisation that has led the charge in these areas in recent years. I am very excited by the challenge to keep raising the bar in this space, especially on the back of the difficulties we all experienced in 2020.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining what I know is a very passionate, dedicated and dynamic team.”
