B&T’s Changing The Ratio Postponed Until 2021 (But We Have Good News!)

Another day, another event postponed due to COVID-19. B&T is saddened to announce our annual Changing the Ratio conference has been postponed until May 2021.

We’ve been assessing the situation continually but last week we made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s CTR.

There are a number of events we’ve had to pivot on and some were already underway like B&T 30 Under 30 Awards, which we’ll be holding virtually.

However, it’s looking unlikely large scale events will be back any time soon and we’re worried about the appetite for a conference around inclusion when a lot of businesses are struggling and focused on just keeping their staff employed.

And, while we are sad it won’t be running as planned this year, we’re excited to announce something in its place.

Though it seems COVID-19 has completely overtaken our lives, it’s still vital we continued the important conversation around diversity and inclusion in adland, media and marketing.

That’s why for the month of May, we’ll be running an article series around why changing the ratio is still incredibly important, even during these difficult times. Stay tuned for the first article coming in hot next Monday!

Massive thanks to CHE Proximity for coming on board to sponsor this series.

Stay stafe, adland.
