Tuesday TV Wrap: Great Australian Railway Journeys Sneaks SBS Into Top 20

SBS’s Great Australian Railway Journeys has snuck the broadcaster into Tuesday night’s top 20 with 362,000 views, according to OzTAM metro numbers.

However, it wasn’t enough to boost its primary channel share, earning just 6.4 per cent.

Channel Nine won the night in primary channel with 24.4 per cent, meanwhile, Seven did 17.2 per cent, 10 did 12.1 per cent and ABC did 10.4 per cent.

MAFS did the goods for Nine (950,000), Home and Away did it for Seven (578,000), while Survivor did it for 10 (611,000).

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

Nine

News did 849,000, ACA did 677,000, Paramedics pulled 579,000, Hot Seat did 450,000, and Kings Cross ER did 335,000.

The Project did 509,000 and 10 News First did 380,000 and an NCIS repeat did 284,000.

Seven 

News did 955,000, The Chase did 503,000, MKR did 490,000 and The Good Doctor did 389,000.

ABC

Over at the ABC, news did 727,000 and 7.30 did 600,000 and Foreign Correspondent did 345,000.

All channels share

Nine came first with 31.0 per cent audience share, Seven followed on 24.9 per cent, 10 came in third with 18.5 per cent, ABC did 15.9 per cent and SBS did 9.8 per cent.
