SafetyCulture Appoints Peter Ikladious As VP Of Marketing

SafetyCulture, which empowers more than 550,000 workers around the world to work more safely and efficient, today announced it has welcomed Peter Ikladious as vice president of marketing.

Based in its Sydney headquarters, Peter will grow a category-leading marketing and communications team as part of SafetyCulture’s continued expansion and diversification of offerings in the safety and quality assurance industry.

Ikladious brings 20 years of experience to the role, most recently serving as the Executive Director, Head of Growth at IBM.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at SafetyCulture because it’s an organisation with a mission I truly believe in; one which is lived and breathed by its passionate, tenacious and diverse team. Partnering with our customers to ensure every worker can go home safely each night is an inspiring reason to come to work each day,” Ikladious said.

Ikladious focus in 2020 will be helping SafetyCulture’s current and future customers to more effectively understand how best to leverage its solutions to improve the way teams safely and efficiently collaborate. He’ll also build out the depth of the marketing and communications team at a time when the company is growing at an extraordinary rate.

“We’re very happy to welcome Peter to the team at such an exciting time for the business,” said SafetyCulture CEO and founder Luke Anear.

“Peter brings deep expertise in building customer-driven growth programs and managing B2B customer engagement. We expect him to be a hugely valuable addition to our team as we push forward during a period of rapid expansion and growth driven by demand from existing and new customers.”
