Mindshare’s Adrian Epstein Jumps To Digital Agency King Kong

Digital marketing agency King Kong has appointed Mindshare’s Adrian Epstein as head of digital account management.

In his new role, Epstein will oversee the company’s portfolio of clients as well as manage 14 of the company’s account managers. He will be responsible for delivering on King Kong’s ROI and client retention, as well as growing its existing portfolio of clients.

Epstein was previously head of search at Mindshare, and before that was the head of SEM and social for Atomic212. He has previously worked for a number of marketing companies locally and internationally, including Dentsu Aegis’ Columbus, and UK top 30 advertising agency Cogent Elliot.

Sabri Suby (feature image), founder of King Kong, said: “I am extremely excited we have secured Adrian as our head of digital account management. Adrian will lead our best and brightest and will report directly into me. It is a big hire for the company and we are expecting big things from Adrian, which I know he can deliver.

“As this was a strategic hire for us, we took the time to find the right person to ensure they had the skills set, were a good cultural fit, but would also be focused on delivering our 100% client commitment of success. We are a business on a steep upward trajectory and I believe this is largely due to our focus on generating real results for our clients.

“With Adrian’s experience in one of Australia’s leading agencies, he had the right mix of focus on people as well as clients. I can’t wait to see what Adrian can deliver for us.”

Epstein added: “I have been watching and admiring King Kong’s unflinching determination to deliver client results, along with their rapid growth in this market, and knew it was a company I wanted to be part of. To be offered a leadership role and the chance to work with King Kong’s enviable list of clients, as well as their top account managers, is extremely exciting.

“I am incredibly eager to work alongside such a wonderful group of people who have both individually and collectively played key roles in growing King Kong under the leadership of Sabri. I look forward to bringing my experience and passion to the business, and inspiring the team and clients alike to create meaningful and innovative work that makes a real difference.”
