Adobe Improves E-Signature Experience For Mobile

The latest update to Adobe Sign will simplify e-signatures for mobile, the company has revealed.

According to Adobe senior product marketing manager Mike Prizament, the update will improve customer experience by placing greater emphasis on mobile, where “50 per cent of people check their email”.

“From filling out new employee paperwork to applying for a new credit card, the customer experience matters,” he said.

“If a potential customer has to squint to see words on a page or struggle to find the button to send a signed document, they’ll more than likely leave the form than finish working through it.

“According to Google research, mobile customers are 5 times more likely to abandon a task if a site isn’t optimized for mobile.

“Alongside the new features in the product, we are deepening integrations between Adobe Sign and Microsoft, so customers can take advantage of Adobe Sign’s e-signature tools in the popular Microsoft cloud productivity solutions where they work,” he said.

As well as the new mobile features, the update will also include:

  • An all-new home screen featuring a clean, streamlined interface for Adobe Sign users to quickly and easily access many of the powerful tools available to work with e-signatures.
  • The all-new manage page for users to search, track, process, and modify signing workflows faster than ever before.
  • An enhanced mobile web signing experience where users can smoothly zoom in on the places they need to focus on, and new mobile-friendly navigation buttons that guide the signer through the required fields that they need to fill out and sign–all available automatically, no app download required.
  • Deeper Adobe Sign integrations in the Microsoft cloud productivity tools that millions of customers use every day including Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics, PowerApps and Flow, Teams, and More details here.
