oOh!Media Announces Independent Non-Executive Director

oOh!media Limited has announced the appointment of Philippa Kelly as an independent non-executive director effective as at 18 September 2019.

oOh!’s chair Tony Faure said Kelly’s appointment forms part of the board renewal process to appoint additional NEDs which was flagged at the Company’s Annual General Meeting in May 2019.

“Having regard to the skill-set and composition of our Board, we are very pleased to have Philippa join and enhance our expertise with her property management and finance experience,” Faure said.

Kelly will stand for election at the company’s next Annual General Meeting in May 2020.

She is currently chair of ASX listed Lifestyle Communities Limited (a company focused on affordable independent living in residential land lease communities) and was chair of the Audit Committee for the past six years.

Kelly is a deputy chancellor of Deakin University and Chair of its Finance and Business Committee.

Kelly’s previous senior leadership roles include COO of Juilliard Group (a private property group which owns and manages a commercial, retail and industrial portfolio), head of institutional funds management of Centro Properties Group (now Vicinity Centres) and corporate advisor-investment banking at JBWere.

She will bring to oOh! experience and insight into governance and risk management, property and finance.

CEO of oOh!, Brendon Cook, said Kelly’s expertise in the key areas of property and risk were a great complement to an already highly experienced and diverse Board.
