Former KPMG Partner Andrew May Releases ‘MatchFit’

Performance coach Andrew May, former partner at KPMG Performance Clinic, is releasing a new book titled MatchFit next month, a research-based guide on how to get your team fit for work.

MatchFit draws upon May’s decades of experience working with elite athletes, entrepreneurs and leaders, as well as weathering his own ‘perfect storm’ with the breakdown of his marriage, to provide a researched-guide on what really creates optimal performance. Using his own body as a guinea pig, and integrating the latest in performance psychology, sport science, nutrition, neuroscience, and sleep, May provides a unique plan to get your body and brain in the best possible shape.

May is a serial entrepreneur having built and sold three businesses including The Performance Clinic, which in 2016 was sold to KPMG where he worked as a partner for three years. He has recently launched a new venture, Strive Stronger, which aims to disrupt the way organisations approach wellbeing, productivity and leadership.
