Carlton & United Breweries Now Taking Graduate Applications

Carlton & United Breweries has launched its 2019 campaign to attract the most ambitious and curious graduates to secure a coveted role at the iconic beer company.

Offering three highly sought-after talent programs, the campaign highlights CUB’s state-of-the-art offices, world-class breweries, early leadership opportunities and a genuine chance to create impact (and probably free beer!).

Through the dedicated campaign, CUB is encouraging the best talent to apply for the highly competitive global management trainee, supply management trainee and summer internship programs.

Successful applicants to CUB’s Talent Programs have the advantage of leveraging the opportunities that come from being a part of the AB InBev family.

This includes working in an informal and intense environment that constantly pushes the boundaries and empowers graduates to explore what’s possible.

CUB VP of people – Australia and New Zealand, Madelyn Ring, said the CUB Talent Programs provide a unique platform for the most ambitious future leaders of tomorrow, with the highly competitive Global Management Trainee program providing fast-track opportunities both in Australia and overseas.

Ring said: “Successful applicants of the Global Management Trainee program attend global and zone inductions in both the US and China.

“There they experience direct insight into operations and liaise with the most senior leaders in the organisation.

“CUB is a business that encourages leadership from day one, with the chance to leave a legacy.”

She added: “From innovations such as Carlton Zero, CUB’s first non-alcoholic beer, to providing free canned water to disaster-affected Queenslanders, CUB asks graduates to look at what is possible and say ‘challenge accepted’.

“We are looking for the next generation of graduates who are determined to dream big, empowered to lead change and ready for the chance to create impact.

“CUB will enhance and accelerate career progression and opportunity, and ensure our graduates are ready to meet the challenge of real-world projects with an early path to leadership.”
