Quantcast Bolsters APAC Commercial Team

Quantcast has appointed Craig Bonser (featured image, right) as the Commercial Director of AUNZ and Richard Knott (featured image, left) as Business Development Director for Asia Pacific.

The move follows a string of local promotions and new hires.

Previously sales director for NSW and WA, in his new role Bonser will be overseeing the company’s growing presence in the ANZ region whilst securing new revenue streams and managing the company’s expanding sales teams.

Bonser has over a decade of experience in senior roles, working for media companies including InLink and Express Newspapers.

In addition, Richard Knott has joined Quantcast as business development director for APAC from his previous role as managing partner at Puzzle Creative Technology Solutions.

Formerly APAC regional director at Celtra, Knott has over 12 years of digital experience including senior roles at SingTel, Optus and Telstra.

He has also been part of the IAB council for almost a decade and chaired the mobile advertising council for two years.

In addition, Michael Ricciardone and Hannah Cooper have both been promoted from senior sales managers to group heads of agency sales while Reuben Vijaratnam has joined the APAC team as a regional head, Malaysia based out of Singapore.

Commenting on his appointment, Craig Bonser said the opportunity to lead Quantcast’s commercial division was a unique opportunity within the market.

Bonser said: “Being able to continue my career in a leadership position like this for Quantcast is a great honour.

“As one of the world’s top adtech companies that’s uniquely placed to help brands grow, I look forward to helping the business to even greater heights over the next few years and beyond.”

Acknowledging the strength of the brand, Richard Knott expressed his excitement to be leading the business development operations across APAC.

He added: “Quantcast is a business firmly placed on an upwards trajectory and this is a great time to be part of that success story.

“Asia is a crucial part of the company’s strategic plans and being at the centre of that is both a great honour and a great opportunity.”

Quantcast APAC, MD, Andrew Double said: “We continue to invest in our people at Quantcast and it’s fantastic that we’re able to recognise talent and promote internally.

“These new hires and promotions are part of our structural growth plans as we work towards our mission of radically simplifying advertising on the open internet.

“I’m excited to have Richard and Craig as leaders within our business as we continue to expand our offering across APAC and invest in ways to help brands grow through best-in-class audience insights and programmatic advertising solutions.”
