“Solo Man” Arrested Again On Drug Charges

“Solo Man” Arrested Again On Drug Charges

It was one of the most iconic Aussie ads of all time, the Solo soft drink spots from the 80s starring actor Mark Robert Coutelas with its famed catchphrase you can “slam them down fast”.

But these days, instead of fighting crocs and rafting down 30-foot drops, it appears Coutelas is spending more time behind bars.

Coutelas has once again been arrested on drug charges (reported to be crystal meth) in the Cambodian city of Sihanoukville.

In 2014 he was arrested in the Thai resort island of Phuket for possession of a hand gun, ammunition and a small amount of crystal methamphetamine. He served two years in a Thai prison for the crimes.

After his release, he moved to Cambodia and reportedly opened a chiropractic business.

He is currently in Preah Sihanouk Prison and will face court at a later date.
