Dentsu Aegis Network Links Isobar & WiTH Collective

Isobar has announced it is linking up with digital experience agency WiTH Collective following its acquisition in September last year by Dentsu Aegis Network.

The partnership establishes the Isobar Australia Group, which includes Isobar, Soap and WiTH Collective under the leadership of Konrad Spilva (pictured above, right), CEO of Isobar ANZ Group.

The group will deliver full-service digital transformation and brand commerce solutions for clients within design, marketing, content, gaming, consultancy, and commerce.

The move enables the WiTH Collective team to leverage Isobar’s global network and capabilities, while enhancing its own skill sets in creative, data and customer marketing. The two brands are already working together on several client engagements.

Dentsu Aegis Network CEO for Australia and New Zealand, Simon Ryan, said: “Our biggest objective is to grow the capabilities and services we can offer our clients.

“Acquiring WiTH Collective – a fast-growing business with a strong reputation for excellence as a data-led, creative customer marketing consultancy – was an exciting step in that direction.

“By linking WiTH Collective to Isobar, a global and award-winning creative and digital agency, we are creating a full-service partnership offering that answers complex business problems by providing end-to-end strategy and execution of customer-focused, creative and digital solutions.”

Justin Hind (pictured above, left), co-founder and CEO of WiTH Collective Linked by Isobar, said: “It was obvious upon joining Dentsu Aegis Network that we have a strong digital and values alignment with Isobar, along with a strong sense of entrepreneurship.

“We are very excited at the opportunity to work alongside Isobar, while increasing our collaboration with the other Dentsu Aegis Network brands in line with our vision of a modern, future-focused, digital and data-driven way of marketing.”

Konrad Spilva, CEO of Isobar ANZ Group, said: “The addition of WiTH Collective to the Isobar Australia Group bolsters our strong digital agency offering and enhances our skills in the digital consultancy space – with deep expertise in business consulting, data intelligence, design thinking and application, creative, and technology.

“WiTH Collective has built a strong reputation in data and creative customer marketing and, globally, Isobar is the only agency group that has been recognised by both Gartner and Forrester as leaders.

“Ultimately, we want to help our clients create better experiences for their customers, and WiTH Collective is central to helping us meet that goal.”

Founded in 2010, WiTH Collective boasts a 75-person team at its Sydney office, with plans to expand to Melbourne and New Zealand later this year.
