PANPA Advertising & Marketing Awards Winners Revealed
The Asia Pacific’s best news media creative, sales and marketing work and talent was recognised last night at the 2016 PANPA Advertising & Marketing Awards in Sydney.
Sponsored this year by 90 seconds, the awards recognise and celebrate news media advertising and marketing campaigns, as well as the industry’s creative, sales and marketing teams in Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and Asia. Presented in front of 300 industry guests, the awards were held in conjunction with the annual industry conference Future Forum.
The advertising categories recognise publishers’ in-house work only, while both agency and in-house executions are eligible for the marketing categories. The awards were presented across metropolitan/national, regional and community titles, with independent judges again overseeing this year’s awards.
NewsMediaWorks CEO Mark Hollands said the awards recognise the outstanding talent and work from our news media publishers, from the contribution they make to their communities, to the effective campaign outcomes for advertisers and media agencies.
“The calibre of entries for this year’s Advertising & Marketing Awards was outstanding, with a range of submissions from across the region,” he said.
The 2016 Newspaper of the Year Awards will be announced at a gala dinner tonight in Sydney.
