Nine News Reporter Attacked By Marauding Bird Live To Air

In what could be described as an incredibly slow news day at B&T, we present to you a video of a Nine News reporter being attacked by a bird in Brisbane yesterday.

Reporter Brittney Kleyn was about to post out the front of Brisbane’s District Court when, what appears to be a brightly coloured lorikeet, mistakenly took her head as a nest.

Kleyn initially freaks at the attack before regaining her composure and the beaked attacker is removed by her trusty cameraman.

“Imagine if that happened during a live cross,” she’s heard asking her crew.

Both bird and reporter are believed to have been unharmed in the feathery mauling.

We told you it was a slow news day.
