Campaign: The Rock Take Sale For Thomas Jewellers

Traffic Melbourne has created a major campaign for Thomas Jewellers to promote its extensive Diamond sale, christened the ‘Rock Take Sale’.

Traffic was awarded the account for the Victorian jewellery retailer earlier this year. Following on from previous executions in the ‘From Thomas’ campaign that have run for the Mother’s Day stocktake sales and Father’s Day periods, the new TVC depicts a couple on a date where there is confusion between them and the waiter around who was responsible for gifting her the diamond ring that she has received.

Andrew Begg, CEO/creative director of Traffic said: “The notion of receiving a gift ‘from Thomas’ is such a fertile creative territory, so we’ve had fun with this thought again. We’re really building some great momentum with this campaign, and people are eager to see the next instalment.”

The campaign launches on TV on Monday October 9th and is supported by POS, digital, press and radio.
