Lorna Jane Appoints Soap Creative

Soap Creative has been appointed as digital partner to leading activewear brand, Lorna Jane.

The agency will take a strategic lead with a wide ranging remit across the brand’s online presence, including digital strategy, customer marketing and digital product development.

The agency cited digital innovation and a strategic approach it calls ‘Play Make Do’ as reason for its appointment. “Soap is delighted to be working with an Australian fashion icon. The brand is a standout in online retail and social media,” says Rebecca Supanovich, Group Account Director”.

In appointing Soap, Jessie Dean, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager said “the Soap team have demonstrated an innate understanding of the digital environment, our customers and the strength of our brand in the digital space.”

Brisbane based Lorna Jane is the largest activewear brand in Australia, with 137 stores nationally and is renowned for developing the Active Lifestyle category. The brand has a significant digital presence with LornaJane.com.au and MoveNourishBelieve.com as well as its Sisterhood community across a number of social media channels including Facebook & Instagram.

This hybrid agency-consultancy engagement is about working with the business at a variety of levels, maximising their existing digital platforms and developing digital products & services”.

The appointment will see the first project revealed in early September.
