Sandilands Hits New Lows In Samantha Armytage Attack

KIIS FM shock jock Kyle Sandilands clearly has his eyes on the ratings gutter after he questioned Sunrise host Samantha Armytage’s sex life in an extraordinary attack on his breakfast show this morning.

“Samantha Armytage over there at Channel 7. 41. Is she single still? She’s banging one of the blokes in the newsroom there – that’s on and off,” Sandilands enquired of on-air partner Jackie O.

“The guy with the tie. He’s very well dressed? I thought they were on and off?” Sandilands speculated.

Jackie O defended Armytage saying she was an accomplished journalist to which Sandilands added: “Big deal – no one cares about the journalist part.”

Sandilands then attempted to phone Seven live to air to ask if Armytage was “ever having sex with that other guy” before being stopped by Jackie O.

Armytage’s personal life has, strangely, intrigued media sites and the women’s glossy magazines for some time.

Who Sandilands is referring to isn’t exactly clear and Channel Seven would arguably be none too happy following the very public fallout from CEO Tim Worner’s affair that has played out in the media since Christmas.

Armytage has admitted to a recent failed relationship with Seven newsreader Michael Usher, however, the two reportedly broke up back in June.
