Can we now all refer to Ryan Reynolds as “former actor and now ad man”? After all, he appears to be in about three ads a week these days.
And he’s back again for a new spot for cyber security services company 1Password and it’s all classic Reynolds – witty, deprecating and irreverent.
The spot was filmed at Welsh football club Wrexham’s home ground and stars players from the team. As keen Reynolds fans would know, the 45-year-old bought the struggling club last year, vowing to turn it into a “global force”.
Reynolds is also a part owner of 1Password alongside such other A-list heavy hitters as Robert Downey Jr and Justin Timberlake.
The spot’s the work of Reynolds’ own creative agency, Maximum Effort, and again has the effortlessly cool actor/ad man stealing the show. Check out the fun:
