Kim Kardashian has just announced a new skincare line called SKKN BY KIM. But now there’s outrage online because the name is very similar to model Lori Harvey’s skincare venture: Skn by LH.
Kardashian’s new boujee skincare line was announced on social media butt faster than you could say, “Hey Doll!” The internet went wild over the similarities between Kardashian and Harvey’s skincare brand names.
Basically, Kardashian’s skincare launch was co-opted by talk the brand’s name wasn’t original.
Naturally, fans took to Twitter and called out the law student and accuse her of copying Harvey.

#LoriHarvey needs to sue @KimKardashian #KimKardashian it’s the audacity of that culture vulture to blatantly name her line the same as Lori’s only adding an extra “K” and even her advertisement pics look the same.

Lori Harvey & Kim K both launched brands with the names SKN & SKKN, when SKKN+ is already owned by someone else. Why can’t ppl be original? I hope the girl doesn’t get brought out.

However, because it is the internet not everyone was on Harvey’s side. Some fans felt the comparison was reaching and not fair on Kardashian.
Y’all so funny to think that @KimKardashian is copying #LoriHarvey by naming her company #SKKN when she literally put two K’s which stands for 🗣 KIM KARDASHIAN! The woman said she was rebranding after her divorce on ALL BRANDS. Y’all too bored for me.

Kardashian has yet to respond to the outcry, but considering Kim’s magic touch we think here at B&T, that the skincare brand will overcome this hurdle and become the next big thing!
