whiteGREY Promotes James Keeler To Chief Strategy & CX Officer

WPP AUNZ’s whiteGREY has announced the promotion of James Keeler to chief strategy and customer experience officer, effective immediately.

Keeler first joined The White Agency in 2009 as associate strategy director, moving up the ranks to take on the position as head of strategy for whiteGREY in May last year.

His latest promotion will see him work across all whiteGREY clients with support from across the team.

Rose Herceg, chief strategy officer at WPP AUNZ, said: “James has been with the group for more than nine years and has executed some brilliant work during this time.

“He is very worthy of this promotion and recognition, and we look forward to more success for him and the team in the future.”

Commenting on his appointment, Keeler said: “I’m very happy to play a bigger leadership role for whiteGREY and our clients. We live in exciting times, with technology enabling ideas and experiences that weren’t possible in the past.

“In the past year we’ve brought together an amazing mix of strategic, creative and technology-focused minds, and we’re evolving our culture to get the best out of this team. I’m very confident that we have exciting times ahead.”
