Experiential marketer of the year…a Sydney bus driver

The last thing The Networker was expecting as he wearily waited for the bus first-thing this morning was for said bus to be decked out like Santa’s grotto.

It took him a moment to realise he wasn’t still drunk from last night’s agency shenanigans, as the rest of the commuters gazed in awe and snapped some pictures of the festive treat.

What it certainly did is get people talking, and improved a drab Tuesday morning into something that amazed and delighted.

If there was an award for experiential activation of the year it would probably go to the driver, who had even hung his Christmas cards along the bus, and put his Christmas tree up.
