Tuesday TV Wrap: The Chase Grabs More Eyeballs Than Big Brother

Nine’s A Current Affair scored 696,000 viewers – Grimshaw deserves the Gold Logie every year – And I won’t hear differently. 

Seven News hit 969,000 viewers while Nine News earned 866,000 viewers.

As per OzTAM’s metro numbers, Seven’s The Chase grabbed 571,000. Meanwhile, Home And Away nabbed 465,000 viewers and Big Brother pulled in 327,000 viewers – I’m ready for some romance! 

For Nine, Hot Seat grabbed 429,000 viewers and Celebrity Apprentice earned 401,000 viewers – and it was very stressful viewing! I’m just gonna say entertainers aren’t great business people.

Tipping Point also pulled in 275,000 viewers.

For 10, The Project pulled in 383,000 viewers. MasterChef brought in 481,000 viewers and I just wish we could watch them cook something humble, like tacos or a chicken roast.

Meanwhile, Cheap Seats grabs 325,000 viewers and was delightful!

Finally, ABC had a strong news night ABC Newsnetting 633,000 viewers and 7.30 earned 540,000 viewers.
Out on top was the Seven Network with 26.7 per cent. Nine Network was behind with 25.6 per cent of the daily share.  Followed by the 10 Network with 19.6 per cent. 
Followed by ABC Network with 17.7 per cent of the share, while the SBS had 10.6 per cent
