Thursday TV Wrap: Network 10 Pulls Big Numbers In Key Demos

Thursday was a good night for Network 10, receiving significant audience share across key advertising demos off the back of another successful MasterChef episode.

10 won the night across the 25-54 and 16-39 key advertising demos, with 31.9 per cent and 36.7 per cent (all channel share), respectively, according to OzTAM metro numbers.

In terms of the best individual shows for the night, 10’s MasterChef did the goods (970,000), Nine’s Hot Seat was the entertainment of choice (567,000), while 641,000 viewers tuned in to watch The Chase on Seven. Over at the ABC, 353,000 tuned in to watch Sammy J. 

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

10

The Project did 572,000 and 10 News First did 405,000.

Seven

News did 1.10m, Home & Away did 637,000, Britain’s Got Talent 485,000 did and Sunrise did 288,000.

Nine

News did 1.04m, ACA did 698,000 and Thursday Night NRL Live did 342,000.

ABC

News did 818,000 and 7.30 did 556,000.

Primary channel share 

In primary channel, Seven won with 18.4 per cent, Nine did 17.9 per cent and 10 did 17.8 per cent. ABC and SBS did 9.7 per cent and 4.8 per cent respectively.

All channel share 

Seven pulled a decent 27.3 per cent, 10 followed with 24.8 per cent and Nine earned 24.7 per cent, while ABC and SBS did 14.8 per cent and 8.4 per cent respectively.

  1. 10 – 31.9 per cent

  1. 10 – 36.7 per cent
