The Ukraine Government Champions The Nation’s Bravery In New Global Campaign

If rockets and bullets don’t stop the invading Russians, then a new advertising campaign may possibly do it instead! Well, that’s certainly the hope of the Ukrainian government that’s just launched a global campaign highlighting the bravery of its people.

The “Bravery” campaign plays on the resolve of the Ukrainian people that has stunned the world since the nation was invaded by its neighbour in late February.

The campaign’s the work of local Kyiv-based creative agency Banda and is set to include billboards posted around major cities in the UK., US, Canada, Poland, Germany, Italy and Ukraine. It’s unclear whether Australia will included too.

The campaign will run on assets donated by Publicis Groupe, Dentsu and OMD. It also includes posters, stickers and merchandise that can be downloaded from Banda’s website which you can access HERE.

Check out some of the creative below:

Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine’s minister of digital information, commented in a blog post: “Around the world, Ukrainians have been identified as a nation of brave people.

“We rally against the Russian occupiers and stop tanks without weapons in our hands. Our hero doctors, rescuers, utility workers, vendors, drivers and pharmacists come to work even with the threat of fire. Ukrainian IT specialists support the country’s digital infrastructure, working on laptops in bomb shelters. It’s really something admirable. I believe that after the victory, a window of opportunities from across the world will open up for our country, and our main task will be to use it correctly,” Fedorov wrote.
