Introducing Tinder For Dogs

Introducing Tinder For Dogs

Has your furry friend been looking lonely of late?

Perhaps its time you download ‘PatchPets’.

Created by Brisbane pet owner Josh Fritz, the easy-to-use app connects local dog owners to find willing playmates for their pets.

“It’s no secret Australian’s love their dogs, with two in every five Australian households identifying themselves as dedicated doggo parents,” said Fritz.

“PatchPets connects these dog owners and their dogs, instigating an active pet community of like-minded dog lovers and their beloved pooches who come together for playdates and outings in their local neighbourhood.

“Pet parenthood is a joy that is best shared and PatchPets facilitates this connection in a fun, accessible and easy way.”

The app lets owners create a profile for their dog, showing off breed, age, location and of course, a nice photo.

Owners can trawl through pet profiles to find the perfect date for their dog.

As well as pairing up perfect dog couples, the app also hopes to support a vibrant community for local dogs and owners.

It includes an extensive directory of pet-friendly cafes, hotels and groomers.
