Australian SaaS startup Longtail UX has partnered with SOPHOLA, a consulting and outsourcing firm in Japan.
The partnership has allowed Longtail UX to penetrate the Japanese market, and has already landed it two major new clients in the region: Japan’s largest temporary staffing company Recruit Staffing, part of Recruit Holding (the owners of Indeed.com and Glassdoor, among others) and a leading travel and experience booking marketplace.
SOPHOLA’s exclusive partnership with Longtail UX enables the Sydney startup to operate its service in Japan. As part of this agreement, SOPHOLA will work with Longtail UX to help it understand the production processes in the region. SOPHOLA will sell and operate the Longtail UX service to clients across its jobs, travel, real estate and automotive verticals, including the two Japanese clients who have already committed to Longtail UX.
SOPHOLA CEO Masaki Lino commented: “We are thrilled to partner with Longtail UX. The partnership allows Japanese businesses to manage SEO like SEM and enable AI-powered search experience automation for SEO and paid search for the first time in Japan. It will drive massive value for our clients across multiple industries.”
Longtail UX Co-Founder and CEO Andreas Dzumla added: “This partnership with SOPHOLA is a win-win for both companies as well as the entire Japanese market. It provides companies a significant advantage over their competitors. It will also help Longtail UX to further expand its global reach.”
