Sefiani Snares New Senior Account Director

Leading Australian strategic communications agency Sefiani is pleased to announce the appointment of David Radestock as senior account director.

Radestock previously held roles at N2N Communications and Sling & Stone in Sydney, and Teneo Blue Rubicon and Pagefield in London.

He is an integrated communications professional with a decade of international experience.

He has managed high-profile campaigns and programs for brands including Salesforce, Lenovo, NBN Co, American Express, Jaguar, Uber, Stripe, Coca Cola and Kellogg’s.

Radestock said: “I’m delighted to be joining Sefiani Communications Group.

“The agency is well established as one of Australia’s best and I can’t wait to get stuck into the amazing range of clients and work.”

Sefiani CEO Robyn Sefiani said: “We’re delighted to welcome David to the high-performing Sefiani team.

“His appointment comes at a perfect time for us, as we’re being approached by an increasing number of tech and fintech companies seeking to enter the Australian market or wishing to move from IT PR firms to a broader-service corporate communications agency with tech capability.”

She added: “Following our recent client wins of one of the world’s leading cyber security companies and one of the world’s leading social multi-asset trading platforms, we’ve made a strategic decision to proactively build a technology and fintech practice at Sefiani to match our market-leading capability in financial and professional services.

“David’s strong track record working with innovative technology brands further boosts our already strong offering to technology enterprises,” she said.

The hire follows the senior appointments of Nicole Thurston as creative director, Rebecca Angus as digital strategist and Nicole Schulz as general manager of the Group’s consumer and digital agency Kite earlier this year.
