Sadly, the rumours are true: media mogul Rupert Murdoch is officially getting it on with Jerry Hall.
After much speculation, Murdoch and Hall were spotted canoodling at the Rugby World Cup final at Twickenham on Saturday, their first official public debut.
The 84-year-old sealed the deal with a cheeky pash with the 59-year-old Texan model – although thankfully it was only on the cheek!
The pair are believed to have met in Australia through Murdoch’s niece and sister, and have been snapped painting the town in New York and California in recent weeks.
According to a source to The Mirror, “Rupert is Smitten”.
“He’s very happy because she makes him laugh and they get along so well. They’re having a great time together.”
It is said to be the first ‘serious’ romance for the media giant since he split from his third wife, Wendi Deng, two years ago, and is rumoured to be worth about $17 billion.
Recently, Hall dated another Aussie, Perth millionaire Warwick Hemsley.
And while he is 25 years her senior, it doesn’t seem all that surprising for Hall, who recently was said, “I actually prefer older men because I look better next to them.”
