Brand and digital marketing strategist Meredith Ham has joined independent agency Rumble to head up its newly created, specialist property arm, Rumble Property Marketing (RPM).
Meredith’s retail, commercial and residential property career spans over 20 years, with extensive experience at leading national and international groups, including Stockland, Lendlease, Peet Limited, JLL, ISPT and QIC.
Meredith has also partnered with local and state developers and builders to deliver success at all stages of the customer’s journey.
“Rumble has always had solid property credentials, but we saw the opportunity to take that expertise to the next level with Meredith’s appointment,“ said Rumble Co-Founder Remy Brassac.
Meredith’s insights and strategies have successfully launched and relaunched developments from premium to entry level projects, and neighbourhood to Super Regional retail destinations.
“I’ve worked closely with the Rumble principals, James Burchill, Nancy Hartley and Remy Brassac over many years and I’m thrilled to be leading their specialist property offering,” Ms Ham said.
“There’s no better time for fresh, insight-driven marketing that drives results, particularly as clients can benefit from the total Rumbletown group, with creative, media, PR and digital innovation all available if needed.”
Meredith is a Certified Franchise Executive and is also on the board of ‘Are You Bogged Mate?’, which supports mental health for country blokes.
“That’s the thing about Meredith. Beyond all her property nous, she’s just a great people person with a genuine interest in making things better. We are delighted to have her at the helm of RPM,” said Brassac.
