Richard & Christian Wilkins To Team With Froomes For ARIA Red Carpet

The 2022 ARIA Awards is returning with a live evening celebrating the best in Australian music. Before the official main show begins, musicians and celebrities will be hitting the Red Carpet presented by Interflora with hosts Richard Wilkins, Christian Wilkins and Lucinda ‘Froomes’ Price presenting interviews and commentary from the incredible floral installation as the stars arrive.
Broadcasting live on YouTube from 4.00pm until 6.00pm (AEDT) Thursday, 24 November, viewers will get a chance to see the big nominees, performers and their favourite celebrities before they head into the Hordern Pavilion to find out who will take home the big awards.

For the first time since 2019 the ARIA Awards will be live and in-person with the live show kicking off 7:30pm on Channel 9, 9Now and streaming internationally on YouTube hosted by internationally acclaimed singer and ARIA Award winner Natalie Imbruglia, alongside songwriter and drummer G Flip, and ARIA Award-winning singer Ruel.
Television and radio presenter Richard Wilkins will return to the Red Carpet after a career that has spanned decades and has seen him interview some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. The Channel 9 Australia Entertainment Editor and smoothfm host will be first on the ground bringing viewers the hot gossip from the moment stars arrive on the 2022 ARIA Awards Red Carpet.
Wilkins said: “It’s great to have the ARIA Awards back, live and free and on Channel 9. It’s been another fabulous year for Australian music and I’m honoured and thrilled to once again be part of the action.”
Model and emerging TV star, Christian Wilkins, will be joining his father. Not only has Christian become one of the most sought-after faces in the fashion industry, he has also started carving a name for himself as a host after being featured as E! News Australia’s Fashion Correspondent.
Lucinda “Froomes” Price is a cult internet personality who has amassed a following for sharing her humorous hot takes on the world around her. Formerly an editor and presenter at PEDESTRIAN.TV, she is now taking on the comedy world with live shows and a drive show on CADA.
Christian and “Froomes” will also chat with the stars and fans from the Red Rooster ARIA Fan Zone in conjunction with the live broadcast. Guests in the Red Rooster ARIA Fan Zonewill be able to watch the Red Carpet arrivals and live broadcast from the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park. Tickets can be purchased here.
The 2022 ARIA Awards Red Carpet is set to be blooming with Interflora announced as the official presenting partner. Guests will walk the red carpet adorned with spring’s brightest and most vibrant floral arrangements. The floral arrangements will be showcased on a co-branded set comprising production, design, installation and florals.rel

Viewers tuning in to the 2022 ARIA Awards Red Carpet presented by Interflora Australia will be able to catch the biggest names in the music industry including Briggs, Genesis Owusu, Illy, Josh Teskey, Kye, Lime Cordiale, Montaigne, Peking Duk, Ruel, The Wiggles, Tones And I and Vera Blue. The Red Carpet will also feature some of the big award nominees and performers of the night, including Rufus Du Sol (seven nominations), Amyl and the Sniffers (six nominations), Baker Boy (five nominations) and Vance Joy (five nominations) and many more.
