R/GA Australia has announced the appointment of Ciaran Park as executive technical director, across its Sydney and Melbourne offices.
A unique combination of Technical Consultant and Creative Technologist who embeds tech into strategy and creative ideation, Park’s background spans creative coding, systems, tools and solution definition, R&D and prototyping.
He brings over a decade of experience in crafting innovative digital solutions, with a hands-on approach to shaping concepts from design through to implementation. He most recently spent three years with AnalogFolk as technical director, with prior roles including three and a half years with TMW Unlimited in the UK and four years with former digital production studio, Specialmoves.
“Technology is integral to any brand experience, and Ciaran is perfectly placed to help deliver on our strategy of a leaner, modular approach to technology that helps clients innovate and extract more value quickly,” said VP managing director, R/GA Australia, Micheal Titshall.
Park said, “To realise true value for our clients and their customers, we need to be able to adapt in an exciting, ever-changing, technical landscape. Pushing the edge of what’s possible and forging real human connections is what R/GA is all about, and I’m ecstatic about joining Michael, Victoria and the team in fulfilling that mission.”
