Two CNN news anchors have been forced to drop everything and run after becoming aware that a bomb scare story they were reporting on involved their office.
Poppy Harlow and Jim Sciutto had to make a swift exit from CNN’s New York bureau while they were reporting that explosive packages had been sent to a number of targets in the US including Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
However, it soon became apparent that CNN’s New York office had also been sent a suspicious package, with the fire alarm beginning to wail and employees seen evacuating in the background while Harlow and Sciuotto reported on the story.
To their credit, the news anchors didn’t let panic and fear get the better of them, instead cutting to a break before fleeing outside to safety.

What’s more, Harlow and Sciutto continued their reporting duties via cellphone once they managed to evacuate the building.
