News Corp Australia’s general manager of sales – metro at The Courier-Mail and The Sunday Mail Kris Yule today announced the appointment of Didi Dayal to the role of sales manager for News Corp Australia real estate.
In this role, Dayal will be responsible for strengthening News Corp Australia’s partnerships within the residential, commercial and developer property markets in Queensland; driving innovative commercial products and solutions to achieve commercial growth for customers.
Commenting on the appointment, Yule said, “Real estate is a passion for so many people and The Courier-Mail and The Sunday Mail continues to play an important role in the process.
“We have seen outstanding growth in this category and this year published the largest real estate section in the history of the Courier Mail.
“Didi has proven to be an excellent sales leader and I know she will do an outstanding job for us leading the team to future success.”
Dayal has extensive knowledge of the real estate market after recently managing the real estate sales team for Quest Community Newspapers.
Dayal added, “News Corp has some very strong real estate brands, none more so than the Courier Mail which delivers a critical audience to the real estate market.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with some of the top real estate agents and key developer clients on integrated and innovative solutions to support them in achieving outstanding sales results.”
Dayal will report to Yule with her new role effective 11 January 2016.
