Muddrella – The Women-Only Obstacle Course – Has Arrived In Oz!

Mudderella, an obstacle course challenge created for women by women, has announced it is coming to Australia. the first event will be held in Melbourne in November.

Mudderella is an 8-10 kilometre muddy course featuring 12 to 15 obstacles designed to test balance, full-body strength and agility. The event, which is not timed, encourages women to ‘own your strong’ in a positive, team-focused atmosphere that reinforces participants’ dedication to personal aspirations and fitness.

Antonia Clark, Mudderella spokeswoman, said: “We’re proud to put on events that celebrate women’s strength, and we’re especially excited to bring this unique experience to the women of Australia. We know there’s more to life than going to the gym; our events meet women’s real active lifestyle needs and give women from all walks of life the chance to experience something amazing.”

Beyond the course, Mudderella offers a full day experience celebrating women’s strength – inside and out. The day begins with ‘The Works’, to help participants look the part before they run, followed by a ‘Stretch + Strengthen’ session. The ‘Rinse + Revive’ station features showers, food, music and entertainment to help participants freshen up and relax after completing the course.

Mudderella is also be partnering with White Ribbon, Australia’s only national, male-led campaign to end violence against women.
