Karl Stefanovic’s This Time Next Year posted its second best numbers of the season with 664,000 viewers tuning in last night. However, that’s still half the number the show was pulling two years ago.

The Block was again the most watched entertainment show of the night, pulling 916,000 viewers according to OzTAM metro numbers.

More people also preferred Survivor (819,000) and Have You Been Paying Attention? (780,000) to Karl.

Nine won Monday with 28 per cent audience share (all channels). Seven did 26.1 per cent, 10 had 21.5 per cent, the ABC pulled 16.8 per cent and SBS did 7.5 per cent.

Seven’s best was its 6pm news (1.080 million), followed by Home And Away (652,000), The Chase (637,000), Highway Patrol (506,000) and Motorbike Cops (492,000).

Nine’s other doers were its 6pm news (891,000) and ACA (832,000).

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise (265,000) knocked over Today (189,000).

Over at 10, The Project had 527,000 and 10 News First did 369,000.

The ABC’s Monday went this way: 7pm news (647,000), Australian Story (600,000), 7.30 (506,000), Four Corners (519,000), Media Watch (482,000) and Q&A (276,000).
