Thursday TV Wrap: Seven Wins A Slow Night In A Canter

Seven won a slow Thursday night namely thanks to Home And Away that was the most watched entertainment show of the night.

The Summer Bayers pulled 638,000 for the network according to OzTAM metro numbers.

Seven had 32.8 per cent audience share, Nine had 26.6 per cent, 10 took third with 18.7 per cent, the ABC had 15.5 per cent and SBS did 6.3 per cent.

Other highlights for Seven were its 6pm news (1.012 million), The Chase (590,000), The Front Bar (479,000) and Britain’s Got Talent (430,000).

Over at 10, MasterChef did 633,000, The Project had 436,000 and 10 News First did 378,000.

Nine’s best was its 6pm news (871,000), followed by ACA (733,000), Hot Seat (522,000) and the NRL coverage of the Panthers-Sea Eagles game (328,000).

The ABC’s night ran thus: 7pm news (646,000), 7.30 (506,000) and Escape From The City (418,000).
