Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa Tipped To Replace Hamish & Andy At The Hit Network

As speculation mounts over who will take over from Hamish Blake and Andy Lee when they finish up their drive-time radio gig at 2DayFM, online bookmaker Sportsbet is taking bets on it, and has a popular duo from a rival network as the frontrunners.

Sportsbet has installed Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa (pictured above) at the top of the betting at odds of $2.50, with Network Ten’s The Project host Carrie Bickmore second favourite at $4.

Here the full list of betting odds for the Hamish & Andy replacement market:

$2.50 – Fitzy & Wippa (Nova)

$4 – Carrie Bickmore (Ten)

$8 – Kyle & Jackie O (KIIS FM)

$9 – Hughesy & Kate (KIIS FM)

$10 – Tom & Olly (Triple M)

$11 – Ben Fordham (2GB)

$12 – Jonesy & Amanda (WSFM)

$13 – Merrick Watts and Tim “Rosso” Ross

$21 – Rove & Sam (Hit Network)

$26 – Eddie McGuire, Luke Darcy and Mick Molloy (Triple M)

$26 – Fifi, Dave, Fev & Byron (Fox FM)

$34 – Em Rusciano and Harley Breen (2DayFM)

$41 – Ray Hadley (2GB)

$51 – Neil Mitchell (3AW)

$101 – Alan Jones (2GB)

Sportsbet’s Will Byrne said: “It’s a mammoth task to try bring the same charisma to the airwaves that Hamish & Andy have, but if anyone can come close to replicating their magic, it would be Fitzy & Wippa, so they’re rightful favourites.”
