Monday TV Wrap: Have You Been Paying Attention? Gives 10 A Kick

10’s stalwart comedy Have You Been Paying Attention? continues to prove a winner for the network, pulling 741,000 last night and seeing off its more heavily promoted stablemate, MasterChef, that did 651,000.

But it was The Voice that claimed the number one entertainment show, it did 952,000 according to overnight OzTAM metro numbers. Seven’s House Rules nailed 735,000.

Nine snuck home for the Monday night win with 27.7 per cent of the audience share. Seven had to settle for a neat 27 per cent, 10 nabbed third and 19.8 per cent, the ABC did 17.4 per cent and SBS had 8.1 per cent.

In the battle for breakfast, Sunrise (268,000) cerealised Today (215,000).

Standouts for Seven included its 6pm news (1.150 million), Home And Away (759,000), The Chase (684,000) and 9-1-1 (433,000).

For Nine, its 6pm news had 1.051 million, ACA did 865,000 and Hot Seat had 576,000.

10’s other standouts were The Project with 502,000, 10 News First with 441,000 and Kinnie Tonight that did 389,000.

The ABC’s Monday night of current affairs went this way: 7pm news (755,000), 7.30 (682,000), Australian Story (596,000), Four Corners (470,000), Media Watch (454,000) and Q&A (372,000).

Best for SBS was Medicine Or Myth that pulled a very factual 310,000.
