Mindshare Makes Leadership Appointments In Melbourne Office

Mindshare has appointed Helena Snowdon (right in photo)to the role of managing director of the Melbourne office. In tandem, Mindshare has promoted Sarah Thom (left), currently client leader, to the role of General Manager.

Snowdon has 18 years’ experience and has held senior level global new business roles in London since 2003, driving significant new business and network growth for agencies including Mindshare and Maxus. Most recently, she was the Global New Business Director and a member of the Global Steering Board at iProspect, the digital performance specialist of Dentsu Aegis Network. 

Thom has been with Mindshare for over 3 years and is a stalwart of the Melbourne market having held senior roles at a range of agencies in the past 20 years including Vizeum, Mitchell & Partners and Optimedia.

Snowdon commented on her appointment: “I’m genuinely thrilled to be returning to my GroupM family and to be taking up the helm of Mindshare in Melbourne.
